EPAM Cloud uses the multi-tenant approach in its billing system where different tenants are charged for the actually consumed resources. The maintenance costs are distributed between the EPAM tenants.
In EPAM Cloud, a tenant is represented by a project-region combination.
A project is a temporary logical unit to which the Cloud resources and bills are mapped. For project members to start working with the Cloud, the project has to be in the active state in UPSA.
